Appointments The office is open Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.  We accept most major insurance plans.  Please call us at 212-675-2997 to schedule an appointment.  Note that most insurance plans require you to obtain a referral from your primary care physician in order to be seen by a specialist.  It is the patient's responsibility to make sure there is a valid referral in the insurance company's system at the time of the appointment. The office is located at 515 Madison Avenue on 53rd Street.  It is two blocks from the Lexington and 53rd Street 6 subway station.  There office is located directly over the uptown entrance of the 5th Avenue and 53rd Street E and M subway station. This is also the location for all colonoscopies.  Please note that you should arrive for your colonoscopy at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.  You must have an escort home following the procedure.  Unfortunately, patients who do not have an escort will need to reschedule their procedure.
